~ Our ethos and Info ~
~We aim to make our items as accessible as possible; we believe alternative fashion, art, environmentally concious and gender-natural items shouldn't cost the earth. As a small studio, we aim to make everything as accessible as possible but with quality in mind. By creating most items in-house we limit our manufacturing impact and can be ethically made; we try to absorb the extra costs this creates and are not running to purely make a large profit but prices do reflect quality and time taken to be made
~ We limit textile waste by making to order or in small batches and aim to reuse any textile waste we produce within our projects. Where possible, we use deadstock fabric headed to landfill and any blanks such as t-shirts have been carefully chosen; organic cotton promotes fair pay to farmers, better working conditions and quality of life for those involved in its production, 90% less water usage compared to standard cotton and these heavy-weight items with better quality will last longer and allow more wear
~ We use water-based screen and lino printing ink that is kinder to the environment and where we can we buy our equipment second-hand
~ We rework or discount products that aren't up to our standards so they don't go to waste
~ Our packaging is plastic-free! We use display bags that are compostable, recyclable and made within the UK and our packaging used within shipping can be reused or recycled
